My leadership and change programs provide

Leadership deals mostly with your own values, attitudes and your habits which we examine and analyze through role-playing and experience based learning.

Change is A becomes B. But this is not sufficient for success. I will consult you in managing the crucial transition from A to B.

Since it is about people, it is a lot about insight in peoples needs and feelings within a changing environment. And: About what you as a leader can do in order to manage the tranistion successfully.
